FAQs

  • No, first come first served.

  • All guests must be 21+ to stay in the hotel. Restaurants and bars are 21+ after 8pm.

  • No, some rooms are accessible by stairs only.

  • Dogs are welcome in all hotel guest rooms with a fee of $50 and limit 2 dogs per room. Dogs are welcome on the porch & patio for bar drinkers.

  •  We have a limited amount of parking spaces on the 16th St. side of the house that are first come first serve. Street parking is safe and readily available.

  •  No, we limit 2 guests per single king room, 4 guests in the Cabin, and 6 guests in the Penthouse.

  •  Each room includes a mini fridge with curated with our favorite snacks and drinks.

  • Due to the nature of our historic house and liveliness of the property, noise pollution is to be expected. Our quiet hours begin after the bars close.

  • We are 3.5 miles away from broadway. Don’t forget to visit our downtown bar.

  • Yes, we offer a complementary grab n go breakfast with light bites, coffee, and tea daily.
