Urban Cowboy Lodge is proud to announce Public House, a locally-driven, veg-forward dining program with an inventive mix of culinary offerings both indoors and outdoors. Following in the footsteps of Urban Cowboy Nashville’s popular and award-winning restaurant, Public House at The Lodge will offer a variety of relaxed dining experiences throughout the property.
Spotlighting the best of woodfire cooking, craft cocktails, whole animal butchery, and hyper-local ingredients, the Parlor at the Public House will serve as a full-service indoor gathering place for epicureans to indulge in the full bounty of the Catskills. The menu in the Parlor spotlights the best our region has to offer through inventive, imaginative, veg-forward dishes, using live-fire cooking using The Lodge’s newly-minted woodfire kitchen. Guests are encouraged to order with sharing in mind, as the menu consists of a series of dishes meant to be woven together to create a delicious meal.
The Public House at the Urban Cowboy Lodge is open for dinner Thursday through Saturday from 5-10pm and Sunday from 5-8pm – reservations are highly recommended.
